AROMAOSOPHY

Through the years of having had a wonderful relationship with the healing fragrances of nature, I felt as if I found meaning through the aromas and their exquisite properties. Through words I tried to express my feelings, thoughts and emotions as the aromas lingered in my mind. Here are some of the writings that I used for meditations together with healing fragrances.

THE JOY OF BERGAMOT
It is within the sweet, spicy, citrus aroma,
We find a high frequency that lightens our heart and mind with joy
The aroma carries us to our eternal youth eliminating worries and sorrows.
Believing in another day that brightness will arise with the sunshine in our souls.
To begin with new freshness, creating an awareness of the light to carry us forward to the dimensions of joyfulness.

EN-COURAGEMENT OF CEDARWOOD
Woody warm and sweet
The grounding aroma of the cedar tree
It carries a powerful, dignified, strengthening scent.
As the breath inhales the notes of this tree
Eliminating imbalance of our lives
Creating a gliding feeling
To conquer our dreams

CLEARNESS of CLARY SAGE
The light musky warm herbaceous scent
Captivates us with the
Subtleties of inner wisdom.
Clary Sage invites us into the euphoric realms of thought
To amplify the simplicity of the mind
It whispers clarity in the thought
To discover ones truth that is brought!

THE CONFIDENCE OF THE CYPRESS
The woody, grounding aroma
Reflects a sense of confidence
To the heart
Breaking through the insecurities that
Linger in our thought
With a cypress touch we feel
That change is only transformation to
Evolving into the new
With power and strength
We move without sway
To a destined place, where we shall go.

THE OPENING DOOR OF THE EUCALYPTUS
The deep inspiration of mints, camphor of
The Eucalyptus scent
Gives us
The key to open the door of freedom
It allows us to find freshness and renewal
To a new start!
The fragrant reminds us
Of the horizons are endless to new beginnings
Open the door with inspiration of the Eucalyptus
And find the key to your door

And learn from our mistakes
Putting emotions on hold
To move forward
With smiling courage
To move along
With the universal plan.

Soothing, sweet warming embrace
Of this magical scent
Creating harmony and peace to the soul
The mind moving upward
Connecting to the shelter of the heavens
Creating unity between heaven and earth
To bond with the oneness of it all
Releasing peaceful harmony
To surround

The scent of the cinnamon
