THE AROMATHERAPY MEDICINE CABINET
As the seasons begin to change into colder climates, our
bodies begin to be exposed to colds, flues, muscular joint
pain and even the winter blues. We seek to find instant solutions
through medication that may weaken our immune system and
our bodies, making us more prone to illness. Nonetheless,
we do have intuitive instincts to surround ourselves with
fresh air, a change of scenery, and taking vacations, which
we associate with health and well-being.
Genuine essential oils have a remarkable diversity of complex
substances that only nature can produce; a kaleidoscope of
natural ingredients and trace compounds to create their scents. Genuine
essential oils are the best way to provide modern man with
a pleasant safe, effective, and accessible means to utilize
the pharmacology active ingredients found in plants. Keep
in mind that genuine oils are more expensive and are more
potent than adulterated oils and they require the smallest
amounts to achieve therapeutic effects.
In this three part series I will introduce to you
nine different oils that you can use to help you during times
of illness for preventive measures against disease.
