The main chemical constituents of Carvacrol and Thymol can vary from 0 to 80% of the essential oil.

Aromatherapist Recommendations:   Diffuse 2 drops in a diffuser and inhale during flu season time, especially at first sign of cold or flu infection. 
Add 2 drops of oregano, 3 drops of rosemary, and 3 drops of tea tree into 10mL of coconut oil and blend into a foot bath, to condition feet and help clear up Athlete's foot. Or use blend to massage into feet and toes, especially if using gym/swimming pool shower areas. 

Contraindications: Should be used in moderation for sensitive skin, well diluted. It can cause irritation. Keep away from mucous membranes. Avoid during pregrancy.  Keep away from babies and young children. Avoid use with high blood pressure.
